Rooms were spacious and quiet!
Overall experience was fairly nice! Our apartment was new very close to many facilities. It was particularly good and great in the middle of jackson.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. the rooms were spotless and everything looked brand new. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure to address any concerns or requests promptly. the location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. the hotel was situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
There were a few downsides to my experience. the lack of a restaurant on-site meant that there was no room service available.

my recent stay in Al Khobar was outstanding. Somerset exceeded my expectations with their exceptional staff, clean facilities, and convenient location. It was a truly enjoyable experience that surpassed my previous stay in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at the brand new hotel in the heart of Khobar. the suite was spacious, with two toilets, a kitchen, and a large living area. the staff, especially Mr Osamh AlGreesh and Nawarah, were extremely helpful and made our stay comfortable by going above and beyond to meet our needs. The location was also perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. Cons: Not one thing! 😊.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Osamh AlGreesh, who went above and beyond to assist us. The facilities at the hotel were outstanding, with a large suite that had two toilets, a kitchen, and a spacious living area. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Khobar. we were highly impressed with the amenities and services provided.
Felt very well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
